The Prince George’s County Police Department was investigating a homicide that occurred on Pine View Lane.
At 1:40 p.m., Dec. 1, officers responded to the 9000 block of Pine View Lane for the report of a stabbing.
When they arrived, officers found the victim, Jin Shi Chen, 28, of the 9000 block of Pine View Lane, suffering from multiple stab wounds. Mrs. Chen was pronounced dead on the scene.
The decedent was transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Baltimore for an autopsy.
Preliminary investigation revealed Chen and her husband were involved in a domestic dispute during the time of this incident. On Dec. 2, a warrant was issued for 32-year old Wei Shu. He has been charged and arrested for the First Degree Murder.
The investigation is continuing.
