Detective Corporal Hulse from the Criminal Investigations Division made contact with a victim who alleged being stalked by a known suspect.
The investigation revealed, suspect Matthew Donald Hutson, age 33, of Charlotte Hall, made audio recordings of the victim without the victim’s consent or knowledge.
Hutson contacted the victim by phone several times after he was told to stop. He also drove past the victim’s home repeatedly.
On April 8, 2015 Hutson was arrested by warrant and charged with Stalking, Harassment: Course of Conduct, and Telephone Misuse.
