On October 8, 2012 detectives from the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations initiated an investigation regarding an alleged sex offense involving a juvenile female and adult male.
During an interview, the 15 year old juvenile disclosed she had been involved in a sexual relationship with an adult male who was 21 years of age. The adult male was located and identified as Kyle James Lee Frazier, age 21, of Lexington Park, Maryland.
Frazier was arrested without incident, charged with Third Degree Sex Offense and incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
