LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On November 2, 2018, Dep. Forinash responded to the 23100 block of Three Notch Road in California, for a check the welfare of an individual sleeping in a vehicle.
Contact was made with Allan Michael Joy, age 28 with no fixed address. A warrant check revealed Joy had an outstanding warrant for Driving Without a License. Joy was placed under arrest at which time a clear plastic baggie was observed in the vehicle at his feet. The baggie contained suspected cocaine.
Joy was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS-Not Marijuana and served the warrant for driving without a license. CASE# 59089-18
