On May 6, 2011 the St. Mary’s County Emergency Communications Center broadcast a lookout for a red, Ford Mustang at a restaurant in Charlotte Hall, Maryland. It was reported the driver exposed himself and urinated in public. The vehicle was located and the driver identified as Demetrius Devon Morissette, 25 of Waldorf, Maryland. A check of Morissette’s license status revealed his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was suspended. Morissette was arrested. Search incident to the arrest revealed he was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected marijuana and controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
