At 8:16 p.m. Dec. 3, Joshua Ralph Morgan, 30, of Leonardtown was arrested by TFC Lashley for Burglary and Assault.
During the course of the investigation it was revealed that Morgan broke into the male victim’s residence in 41000 block of Fenwick Street in Leonardtown, police say.
Once in the residence he assaulted the victim and then left the residence. Morgan was later found to the rear of the residence where he was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
