Wayne William Stone (Age 34 of Mechanicsville) was arrested for Domestic Assault.
Deputy Elizabeth Trossbach found that Stone entered the home of his former girlfriend and the mother of his child, a dispute began. Stone grabbed the woman by the throat and face and began to choke her.
The victim had visible signs of injury on her neck and face.
Stone had fled the residence and was located a short distance away.
He was arrested and charged with First and Second Degree Assault.
