Charles County Sheriffs are searching for the alleged suspect who robbed a BB&T Bank in White Plains shortly after noon on Jan. 15.

According to Charles County Police Spokeswoman, Kristen Timko, the suspect entered the bank wearing a light colored wig, long in length wearing blue jeans. The man appeared to be a white male in his 40’s. The suspect passed a note to the teller, demanded money and implied he had a weapon.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the scene. No injuries were reported. Authorities are continuing their search.
