On March 8, deputies responded to a residence Thompson Orchard Lane in Lexington Park, for a report of an assault.
Investigation revealed Gary Lawrence Greinert, Jr., 29 of Lexington Park, was in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Greinert kicked the victim in the leg.
Greinert was arrested for second-degree assault.
