On February 27, Dfc. A Whipkey responded to a fight on Liberty Street in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival Dfc. Whipkey met the victim who was bleeding from a laceration on his head. The victim reported he was in an argument with Terelle Lewis Martin, 21 of Lexington Park. The victim stated Martin punched him in the face causing the laceration.
Martin was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
