On March 16, Dfc Keith Moritz responded to Millison Plaza in Lexington Park for a report of a subject harassing customers at a local business.
St. Mary’s Dfc Moritz found Terercell E. Thompson, 33 of no fixed address, in the shopping center. Thompson had been issued a notice not to trespass for the shopping center six days earlier by Cpl Robert Russell.
Thompson was arrested and charged with Trespassing, possession of an open container of alcohol and willfully obstructing and hindering the free passage of another and others in a public place.
Thompson was released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner
