On January 16, 2011 at 8:48 a.m., Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Robshire Manor Road.
During the stop, the driver, Antonio A. Grant, 37 of Lexington Park, was found to be in possession of marijuana. A search of the vehicle revealed a stun gun hidden in an armrest.
Grant was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
