On December 26, 2010 at 1:40 p.m., Trooper First Class Hunt responded to a theft call at the WAWA in Dunkirk.
Investigation revealed that the suspect stole items from the store.
Craig G. Emerson, 44 of Owings, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
