On June 24, at 7:51 p.m., Trooper Haut responded to the 2300 block of Holly Drive in Port Republic for a reported assault.
Todd C. Osborn, 39 of Port Republic, was arrested for assaulting his wife during an argument.
Osborn was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
