On Feb. 5, at 9:12 p.m., Joseph William Young, 54 of Park Hall, was arrested by TFC J. A. Pilkerton for second-degree domestic assault.
TFC Pilkerton responded to the 18000 block of Point Lookout Road in Park Hall for the reported disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the female victim, 61 of Park Hall, who advised she was assaulted by Young. Contact was made with Young and he was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
Young was charged with second-degree assault and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
