On April 20, at 3:37 p.m., Deputy R. Neilson responded to a residence in Charlotte Hall, for the report of a protective order violation.
Contact was made with the victim who advised David C. Frost, Sr., 48 of Mechanicsville, had sent her text messages in violation of a protective order issued by a District Court judge.
Frost was located, placed under arrest without incident, charged with violation of a protective order, and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
