On Feb. 9, at 10:12 p.m., Deputy S. Ruest responded to the Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad for the report of a subject trespassing on the premises. Steven W. Carter, 50 of no fixed address, was observed urinating on the side of the rescue squad building by a member of the rescue squad.
Carter had been issued a “Notice not to Trespass” on the property in October 2008. Carter was located on the property and placed under arrest, charged with trespassing, indecent exposure and incarcerated in the detention center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
