On August 11, at 2 p.m., TFC J. S. Gibson arrested Preston Xavier Plater, 42 of Waldorf, on a Bench Warrant issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County.
The warrant was issued on January 22, 2010 with an original charge of Violation of Probation / Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation.
Plater was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
