Around 5:50 PM police, fire, and EMS personnel responded to the area of 24745 Jones Rd in Hollywood for a report of a personal injury accident involving a 21 year old male subject who jumped out of a vehicle. Chief 1 arrived on the scene and confirmed that there was a male patient who was unconscious but breathing. Chief 1 then called for a helicopter for a category A priority 2 fly out. EMS crews arrived on the scene to handle patient care. Engine 11 set up a landing zone in a nearby yard. The patient was placed in Ambulance 197 and transported to the landing zone where Trooper 7 was awaiting their arrival. The patient was loaded in the helicopter and flown to PG Shock Trauma in serious condition.
