ย On Wednesday night, detectives from the St. Maryโ€™s County BCI Vice Narcotics Division conducted a Search and Seizure warrant at a house in St. Georges Hundred in Great Mills.

ย As the Emergency Services Team made entry into the home, one of the targets of the Search Warrant, Jack Franklin Webb, 20, jumped from a second story window.

ย As soon as he made it to the ground and attempted to run, he encountered Sheriffโ€™s Office K-9 Deputy David Gerhardt and his partner โ€œFrigoโ€.

ย Webb immediately surrendered and was found to be in possession of marijuana.

ย Webb has been on the run for more than six months and was wanted on three open warrants. He was also charged with the additional offense of possession of marijuana.

ย Also arrested was Brian Keith Stapleton, 20 of Great Mills. He was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and Ecstasy.

ย The final suspect was Michael Antonio Barnes, 22 of Great Mills. His charge was possession of marijuana. Additional charges are pending a Stateโ€™s Attorneyโ€™s Office review.
