On December 31, 2010 Deputy Nielson stopped a truck driven by James Raymond Jones, 38 of Lexington Park, for a traffic violation.
As Deputy Nielson was speaking with Jones he noticed Jones displayed signs of intoxication. Jones was offered a standardized field sobriety test and refused. Based on the deputy’s observation, Jones was arrested for driving under the influence. A search incident to the arrest revealed Jones was in possession of suspect marijuana.
Jones was charged with possession of suspect marijuana.
