On December 17, at 6:38 p.m., TFC M. B. Adams responded to the 42000 block of St. Johns Road in Hollywood for the reported Motor Vehicle Accident involving personal injury.
Upon arrival, a witness advised two people were fighting on the other side of the scene. Contact was made with the two males fighting, the male victim, 34 of Baltimore, and the suspect, Thomas Newton Ferrell, IV, 31 of Hollywood.
The investigation revealed the male subject from Baltimore was repossessing a water craft belonging to the Ferrell subject when he attempted to stop him from repossessing it. A fight ensured and Ferrell was arrested for Second-Degree Assault. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
