On January 30, at 4:05 p.m., Stacy Lynn Sboto, 33 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. E. J. Page for Domestic Assault.
Tpr. Page responded to the 45000 block of Jay Dee Court in Lexington Park for the reported Disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 51 of Lexington Park, advised he was involved in a verbal dispute with the suspect when she threw a cell phone which struck him in the face.
She was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
