On Aug. 16, Edward Brian Harris, 37, of Mechanicsville, was extradited from Virginia and taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
Harris was served with two bench warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of rogue and vagabond, and possession of CDS-not marijuana.
A bond of $3,500 had been placed on both warrants.
He was also served with three arrest warrants for possession of CDS-not marijuana, 2nd degree burglary, theft over $500, and motor vehicle theft.
He was held pending a bond review by the commissioner.
