On August 30, 2015, Corporal J. Somerville responded to the area of 40000 Kavanagh Road in Mechanicsville, for a fight-in-progress.
The suspect, Tracy Hemsley, Jr. (pictured above), age 21 of Lexington Park, became disorderly while being questioned.
Hemsley was asked several times to stop yelling and using obscenities. He continued to scream, was placed under arrest, and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
