Zachary Cecil
Dunkirk, MD— On November 25, 2016, at approximately 10:20pm, Deputy T. Mohler initiated a traffic stop, on a vehicle that was speeding, at the intersection of Southern MD Boulevard/Lyons Creek Road, in Dunkirk.
While making contact with the driver, Zachary Cecil, 27, of Port Republic, he detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. He located a glass Mason-style jar containing 19.5 grams of marijuana.
He was transported to the Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession of Marijuana 10+grams.
