On September 3, 2015, Deputy G. Mushchette responded to the 21000 block of Enterprise Place in Lexington Park, for a burglary in progress.
Upon arrival, the deputy observed the suspect, De’Atre M. Perkins, age 20, of Temple Hills, inside the residence. Perkins exited the residence after several requests from the officer. The owner of the residence confirmed Perkins was not given permission to enter the home.
Perkins was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 4th Degree Burglary.
