Man charged with possession with intent to sell

Waldorf, MD— On August 2 at 2:33 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a male loitering in the area of a school on Bannister Circle.

As the officer approached, he smelled marijuana. After further investigation, the officer found the suspect to be in possession of marijuana, crack/cocaine and three cell phones. Comas Renaldo Coleman, 33, of Waldorf, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute narcotics. Officer A. Bringley made the arrest.
