
Lexington Park, MD— On June 5, St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Dfc. Teague responded to the Bay District Volunteer Fire Department located at South Shangri-La Drive for the report of indecent exposure.
When Teague arrived on the scene contact was made with the victim who advised, she was at the dog park located at Lancaster Park walking her dog and she sat down on the bench.
She stated she began to talk to a man with whom she regularly sees at the park, later identified as defendant Reginal B. Henson Jr., 40, of Lexington Park. The victim stated she is familiar with him and knows his name is ‘Reggie.’
The victim said at some point during the conversation Henson, “pulled out his penis from his blue shorts and began to masturbate in front of her,” according to charging documents. The victim also stated she was positive she saw Henson’s penis.
Teague was made aware of a similar case that happened on June 2, in the same dog park. Teague read the report and noticed remarkably similar suspect descriptions.
Teague responded to Henson’s place of employment, where he was read his Miranda Rights and consented to speak to Teague. Henson stated he routinely goes to the dog area in Lancaster park and walks his dog.
Henson stated he was at the park on Friday with his dog but couldn’t recall a time frame. Henson also stated, “he did not pull out his penis on either occasion,” according to charging documents.
Henson was charged with two counts of indecent exposure. At this time Henson does not have a scheduled court date. Henson faces a maximum jail sentence of six years and/or a maximum fine of $2,000.
