The U.S. Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment awarded a grant to the Maryland Department of Commerce to gain insight into how Maryland businesses could be affected by uncertainty regarding the defense budget. This effort includes mapping the state’s defense supply chain, in part by directly surveying companies like yours. Towson University’s Regional Economic Studies Institute will lead this effort on our behalf and analyze the survey data.
To participate in this research take approximately 10 minutes. Please complete the survey and/or upload your list of suppliers to identify more companies in Maryland’s defense industry. Your supplier list, as well as revenues and other sensitive data collected through the survey, will remain confidential. This information will help develop a more stable network of suppliers and contractors.
