Great Mills, MD – Coming this Saturday… the St. Mary’s County Department of Recreation & Parks’ first-ever Mardi Gras Pool Party! The event takes place between 6 and 10 p.m. at the Great Mills Swimming Pool.
It will be an evening of Mardi Gras swimming party fun with games, relays, contests, themed arts & crafts, a pizza party and a DJ. The pool will be open until 10 p.m. for attendees to swim the night away. All participants receive beads when they arrive.
Cost is $10 (for those who pre-register) and $15 at the door.
Proceeds from the event will help fund the adapted aquatics program run through the Paralympic Sports Club.
