Arrests:
On 9/8/2021, Tfc E. Ruggles conducted a traffic stop in the area of 22711 Three Notch Road, California, MD. During contact with the operator, identified as Bobbie Ann Cavey, 57 of Lexington Park, MD, it was determined that she had an active arrest warrant through the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office. A search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana and CDS-Not Marijuana (Oxycodone). Cavey was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.
On 9/8/2021, Troopers from the MSP Criminal Enforcement Division conducted a traffic stop in the area of 21703 Great Mills Road, Lexington Park, MD. During contact with the operator, identified as Anthony Bryant Quade, 28 of Lexington Park, MD, an odor of marijuana was detected. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana and CDS-Not Marijuana (Crack Cocaine). Quade was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.
On 9/10/2021, Tfc M/ Posch and Tpr C. Baden conducted a traffic stop in the area of Three Notch Road and Loveville Road, Mechanicsville, MD. During contact with the operator, identified as Kristen Nicole Underwood, 25 of Hollywood, MD, an odor of marijuana was detected. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed Majuana and CDS-Not Marijuana (Xanax and Ecstasy). Underwood was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.
On 9/11/2021, Tpr M. Koontz conducted a traffic stop in the area of Three Notch Road and St. Andrews Church Road, California, MD. During contact with the operator, identified as Zachary Taylor Selvidge, 30 of Colton Point, MD, an odor of marijuana was detected. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana greater than 10 grams. Selvidge was issued a Criminal Citation and released at the scene.
On 9/13/2021, Tpr C. Riggs conducted a traffic stop in the area of Three Notch Road and Point Lookout Road, Mechanicsville, MD. During contact with the operator, identified as Charles Giovonne Shanks, 36 of Aquasco, MD, an odor of marijuan was detected. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed Marijuana greater than 10 grams. Shanks was issued a Criminal Citation and released at the scene.
