Stephanie D. Angel, 35 of Mechanicsville, was killed in a car crash shortly after 7 a.m. July 19 on Route 301 in Prince Georges County.
Maryland State Police report Angel was heading east on Missouri Avenue, when her Honda was hit by a car heading north on 301 as she attempted to cross the highway.
