MECHANICSVILLE, Md. — Emergency personnel requested a Maryland State Police helicopter Sunday morning for a 72-year-old man in Mechanicsville.
According to an emergency alert issued at 11:16 a.m. on Aug. 23, crews were responding to an incident on Three Notch Road when a medevac was requested for the patient.
The patient was classified as Priority 2A, indicating injuries or a medical condition requiring prompt hospital care.
Maryland State Police Trooper 7 was reported inbound to assist with the transport.
The circumstances surrounding the incident and the nature of the patient’s injuries have not yet been confirmed.
