On June 7, Deputy Reithmeyer responded to Lowes store in California, for a report of a theft.
Investigation revealed the store manager witnessed Oleksandr Parkhomenko, 20 and Oleskii Seleznov, 20 both of Lexington Park, entered the store with a large backpack. Seleznov and Parkhomenko removed power tools from the shelf and entered the bathroom with the items. Seleznov and Parkhomenko then exited the bathroom and walked past all points of purchase and attempted to exit the store with the items concealed in the backpack. The store security sensor scanner alerted as the two tried to exit.
Selezno and Parkhomenko were arrested and charged with two counts of theft.
