A few minutes before midnight on New Years Eve, Cpl. A. Moschetto of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office was patrolling the parking lot across from Catamarans Restaurant in Solomons.
Cpl. Moschetto observed three men acting suspiciously. Upon contact with the three individuals, Cpl. Moschetto discovered suspected marijuana.
All three subjects, Martin Brown, 24, of Lothian, Michael L. Randall, Jr., 23, of Owings and John T. Harris, Jr., 22, of Prince Frederick were arrested for CDS violation.
