On July 25, 2013 Mr. Lockamy was located alive and well by the Calvert Investigative Team. The circumstances surrounding Mr. Lockamy’s disappearance is to be determined at a later date.
Sheriff Evans thanks the Sunderland residents for their participation in the candle light vigil held on Kent Road last night and thanks all of the citizens who assisted in this case.

The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critically missing person. He is identified as 50-year-old Ray Charles Lockamy of the 7000 block of Kent Road in Sunderland. He was last seen on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 in the Broomes Island area while doing work on a farm.
Lockamy is described as a black male, 6’6”, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Lockamy is an avid horse enthusiast and travels along the East Coast participating in trail rides.
