According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, “Hawthorne Road has been reopened.”

Charles County Sheriff Office is on the scene handling the incident.

Indian Head, MD– At approximately 8:40 a.m., a motor vehicle was reported at Hawthrone Road said Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
Hawthrone Road is closed both directions just east of Chicamuxen Road due to an auto accident.
