CITATIONS:
On 4/13/2023, Tpr J. Richards responded to the Walmart, located at 45485 Miramar Way, California, MD for the report of someone trespassing. Investigation revealed that Shaun Robert Burns, 42 of Lusby, MD had been previously issued a no trespass order. Burns was issued a criminal citation for Trespassing: Private Property.
On 4/16/2023, TFC K. Bauer conducted a traffic stop on Three Notch Road at Chancellors Run Road, California, MD. Investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, identified as Kyle Brandon Jones, 35 of Coatesville, PA was driving while under the influence and was arrested. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed suspected Cannabis and suspected Psilocybin. Jones was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Cannabis. He was also issued a civil citation for Possession of CDS: Cannabis Personal Use and numerous traffic citations.
On 4/17/2023, Tpr J. Walker responded to the McDonald’s, located at 21600 Great Mills Road, Lexington Park, MD for the report of someone trespassing. Investigation revealed that Charles Edward Taylor, 37 of Lexington Park, MD had been previously issued a no trespass order. Taylor was issued a criminal citation for Trespassing: Private Property.
