Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $251,133,201 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 231 Tomahawk Block IV All-Up-Round missiles for the U.S. Navy (147 vertical launch systems and 64 capsule launch systems) and the United Kingdom (20 torpedo tube launch systems). Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (32 percent); Camden, Arkansas (11 percent); Ogden, Utah (8 percent); Anniston, Alabama (4 percent); Minneapolis, Minnesota (4 percent); Glenrothes, Scotland (4 percent); Ft. Wayne, Indiana (4 percent); Spanish Fork, Utah (3 percent); Ontario, California (3 percent); Vergennes, Vermont (3 percent); El Segundo, California (2 percent); Berryville, Arkansas (2 percent); Westminster, Colorado (2 percent); Middletown, Connecticut (2 percent); Walled Lake, Michigan (2 percent); Huntsville, Alabama (1 percent); Dallas, Texas (1 percent); Farmington, New Mexico (0.2 percent); and various locations inside and outside the continental United States (11.8 percent); work is expected to be completed in August 2016. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 weapons procurement (Navy) funds, and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $251,133,201, are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchase for the U.S. Navy ($224,536,361; 89.4 percent) and the United Kingdom ($26,596,840; 10.6 percent) under the foreign military sales program. ManTech Systems Engineering Corp., Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $19,842,368 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-4110) to exercise options for the accomplishment of the uninterrupted enterprise support to the Navy Ship Maintenance and Logistics Support Information Systems program. ManTech will provide expert engineering support in the areas of information technology life cycle planning, operations and sustainment, documentation, program management, application technical refresh, testing, training, and deployment. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia (55 percent); Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (10 percent); Rocket Center, West Virginia (9.1 percent); Kittery, Maine (7.1 percent); Washington, District of Columbia (6 percent); San Diego, California (5 percent); Fairfield, California (2 percent); Mayport, Florida (2 percent); Indian Head, Maryland (1 percent); and other locations less than 1 percent (2.8 percent), and is expected to be completed by May 2015. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds, and working capital funds in the amount of $15,318,800, will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $19,144,382 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery requirements contract (N00019-14-D-0003) for organizational, intermediate, depot-level maintenance for T-34 and T-44 aircraft, and organization and intermediate maintenance for T-6 aircraft. In addition, this modification provides for logistics support, including labor, services, facilities, equipment, tools, related support equipment, direct and indirect material to support 36 T-34s, 54 T-44s, 42 T-6As, and 207 T-6B aircraft, based primarily at the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas; Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Florida; and Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. Work will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas (50 percent); Whiting Field, Florida (39 percent); Pensacola, Florida (8 percent); and various sites within the continental United States (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2014. Wyle Laboratories, Inc., Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $16,563,175 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-13-C-0032) to exercise option for operational services in support of the Naval Test Wing (NTW) squadrons to include aircrew. This option ensures completion of mission, essential testing, and evaluation for all manned air vehicles for which the NTW has operational responsibility. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland (94 percent); Naval Air Station Point Mugu, California (5 percent); and Naval Air Station China Lake, California (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2015. Fiscal 2014 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $8,450,000 are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC, Madison, Mississippi, is being awarded a $13,967,277 firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for organizational, selected intermediate, and limited depot level maintenance and logistics support services for the F/A-18A/B/C/D/E/F, EA-18G, MH-60S, F-16A/B, and E-2C aircraft, in support of the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center. Work will be performed in Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada, and is expected to be completed in September 2015. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $13,967,277 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current year. L-3 Fuzing and Ordnance Systems, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $13,195,067 firm-fixed-price contract for FMU-139 C/B electronic bomb fuze and accessories, and a first article test and physical configuration audit. This includes 250 FMU 139C/B electronic bomb fuzes (6 pack) and 4,415 FMU 139 C/B electronic bomb fuzes (9 pack). Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio (65 percent), and Orlando, Florida (35 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2017. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 overseas contingency operations, procurement ammunition (Navy-Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $13,195,067 are being obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals; two offers were received.
