On Feb. 7, at 11:28 p.m., Tpr. J. Pilkerton responded to the 24000 block of Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood for the report disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with a neighboring female, who advised she heard a female yelling next door. Contact was then made with the suspect, Wayne Tyrome Estep, 43 of Hollywood, who was attempting to run from the rear of the residence. He advised he was arguing with a female, 42 of Hollywood, who had left the residence. She returned a short time later and met with Tpr. Pilkerton.
After speaking with all parties, Estep was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with first-degree assault and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
