The Riverview restaurant, located inside the new Wicomico Shores Club House in Chaptico, is now open for lunch and dinner every day from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The new restaurant, The Riverview, is aptly named as it overlooks the scenic Wicomico River. Its banquet facility is designed to accommodate every requirement for business meetings, events, weddings and receptions and can accommodate seating capacity for 175 people. A fully stocked bar includes a generous selection of wine. The new facility also offers state-of-the-art audio visual equipment for corporate meetings.
The staff is now taking reservations for holiday parties and other events. The menu includes a variety of choices and specials such as crab cakes, salads, sandwiches, pasta entrees and a kids menu. Custom menus are available for banquets and receptions that fit many styles and budgets.
Jay Morgan is the food, beverage and banquet operations manager at the Riverview. He brings over 25 years of food service management experience to this new facility at Wicomico Shores, located 14 miles north of Leonardtown on Aviation Yacht Club Road in Chaptico.
