Newburg Man Busted With Pot In St. Leonard

Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia: 

On 3/25/11 at 11:21 pm, Trooper Esnes stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Rt. 4 at Parker’s

in St. Leonard.  During the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle revealed that the passenger, Thomas W. Miller, Jr., 26 of Newburg, was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  He was arrested and incarcerated at the CalvertCountyDetentionCenter.
