On Feb.11, at 1:24 a.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at the Route 2 split in Sunderland. A consent search of the vehicle revealed Clonazepam, a controlled substance for which the driver had no prescription.
Scott D. Dean, 39 of Hollywood, placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
