On Dec. 6, Deputy A. Perkins responded to St. Mary’s Hospital for a trespassing complaint.
Investigation revealed Lavelle Bernard Miller, 29 of Callaway, was again trespassing on the property after being served notice not to trespass. Further investigation revealed, Miller had also exposed himself to a nurse at the hospital.
Miller was arrested and charged with trespassing and indecent exposure.
