On December 30 at 11:20 p.m., on Orwell Court in Prince Frederick while conducting a patrol check of the area, Cpl. V. Bortchevsky observed a man standing in the street smoking a dark colored cigarette.
Upon making contact with the individual, Cpl. Bortchevsky detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana. He arrested the man, identified as Joshua Lee Borland, 21 of Prince Frederick, and charged him with possession of marijuana, possession of Oxycodone and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a White Grape Cigarillos cigar.
