At 12:23 a.m. Oct. 30, TFC J. Linger of the Leonardtown barracks observed a vehicle fail to drive in a single lane and have a non-working tag light. The vehicle was stopped southbound Route 5 and Golden Beach Road, Charlotte Hall.
The driver was identified as Ohmer Watson Webb 4th, 22, of Mechanicsville. A vehicle search incident to arrest for DUI revealed a hand rolled cigarette containing suspected Marijuana in the ashtray. Mr. Webb was processed and taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bail review.
