A 7:30 p.m. April 18, Officer G. Barnhart and Cpl. R. Cuyler responded to Gillespie Circle in Waldorf for the citizen’s report of suspicious subjects and a suspicious vehicle.
During the investigation, two subjects started to approach the vehicle, but when they saw the officers they walked away. Officers saw one of them carrying a crack pipe and detained them.
The officers identified them as Derrick Montez Hubbard, 39, of Waldorf and Kevin Joseph Wilson, 47, of Connecticut.
Hubbard was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Wilson was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
They were arrested and are being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
