At 4:24 pm emergency crews responded to Great Mills Road and Willows Road In Lexington Park for a serious motor vehicle accident.
Once on the scene crews discovered an SUV was overturned on its side.
A wrecker reportedly failed to yield right of way to the black Hummer and struck the Hummer causing the vehicle to overturn. The driver of the Hummer was checked out by EMS and signed a refusal to go to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital.
