On Feb. 13 at 10 a.m., Dep. Thomas Rickard conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on northbound Md. Route 4 at Dunleigh Drive in Dunkirk.
The driver was found to be in possession of suspected controlled dangerous substances. Dep. Rickard arrested Ernest C. Groves, 56 of Huntingtown, and charged him with possession of Oxycodone, in sufficient quantity to indicate intent to distribute same, possession of Oxycodone and possession of Endocet.
